The purpose of group and corporate coaching is to help encourage self development and overcome limitations in the workplace. Group coaching is available for women in business, disengaged teenagers, leadership teams & mental health support in a corporate space. With a structured program, we will work together to create both personal and business goals to build a positive team environment and build confidence as an individual and in a group environment.

For group and corporate coaching, we offer both single one-off sessions and blocks of 8 sessions for you and your team. We would have an initial consultation video call beforehand to determine the best way forward. For a single/one-off session, I advise a minimum call of 90 minutes. However, the most affective coaching is a 3 month program of 8 sessions working from a range of different techniques and understanding of where you are now and what you would like to feel by the end of the session. During this 3 month block booking we will have 8 one hour face to face or online sessions (depending on location) weekly keeping in touch through what’s app voicenote or phone calls. You will be provided with tools to support your coaching experience.
